All data is stored on the personal server of the Board of Control. The most modern system can thus be assigned for data protection. The inspector working with a mobile device has access only to the data assigned to him.
After the inspection is finished these files are transferred to the Board of Control. After completion of the transfer these files will be erased on the inspectors device. This ensures that no third party has access to the files and secures them in the case a data collection device is lost.
To ensure security of all processes of important events i.e. sanctions, permits, applications and inspections, reports are printed out as signature ready receipts.
